RuthAnne releases 'All The Same' the lead-off song from the new Toy Show: The Musical

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter RuthAnne is back with the lead-off song ‘All The Same’ from the new stage musical adaptation of RTE's most famous and loved programme: The Late Late Toy Show.

Since it first aired in December 1974, The Late Late Toy Show has established itself as the most-watched broadcast event on Irish television. The 2021 edition was watched by 1.8 million viewers.  81% of the Irish audience watching television on November 26th were watching The Late Late Toy Show.  The show was also watched in 152 countries outside of Ireland, including America and Australia.

Now, RTE will bring 'Toy Show The Musical' to the stage in Dublin for 3 weeks this December. RuthAnne Cunningham, internationally acclaimed songwriter, hitmaker, solo artist and the major force behind the inspiring Irish Women In Harmony female artist collaboration project, will be writing the songs for the musical.

RuthAnne performed the first song from the musical 'All The Same' - live on The Late Late Show with the RTE Concert Orchestra and chorus last night.
