Rodrigo y Gabriela close out 2020 with an unexpected but entirely seasonal cover of Ryuichi Sakamoto's theme to 1983's 'Merry Christmas, Mr' Lawrence', starring David Bowie, Tom Conti and Sakamoto himself. Rod and Gab have triumphed under challenging circumstances in 2020.

COVID might have prevented them from touring their Grammy-winning 'Mettavolution' album, but the Mexican duo seized the opportunity to broadcast from their home studio; growing their online fanbase with a weekly series of concerts, AMAs and even recipes.
