Jamie Duffy releases his brand new single 'Against The Atlantic'

Jamie Duffy releases Against The Atlantic, the second single from his highly anticipated forthcoming debut album Jamie Duffy out 10 October 2025.

Written in the skies above the wild Atlantic Ocean between Ireland and Iceland with long time collaborator and BAFTA-winning producer Atli Örvarsson, “Against The Atlantic” captures the raw, windswept landscapes that shape Jamie’s sound. A missing puzzle piece to the album’s completion, the melody came to him on one of his final flights to Reyjavík, a gift from both home and adopted home, where inspiration bloomed in barren landscapes. The cinematic soundscape of Against The Atlantic reflects these worlds that inspired so much of the album - dramatic, raw, windswept, with a deep abyss where magic unfolds.
